Christian Minotti was born in 1975 in Lugano and, at the age of 3 years, thanks to his parents, developed a passion for piano and skiing, two great loves that initially were just hobbies but later became professions, continuing to accompany him throughout his life.

For 12 years, till 2002, he worked as a stock exchange broker after completing his studies at a large Swiss bank, which allowed him to fully develop his entrepreneurial mindset.

After traveling around the world twice, in 2008, upon returning from China, he founded “Musicadhoc,” initially as an association and later, in 2010, as a limited liability company (Sagl). This company organizes various events, with professional musicians, artists as well as sport guides.

At the same time, since 1990, for 30 years, he served as a ski instructor at the Ski Club Ticino-Lugano.

Since 2010, he has been coordinating groups from prestigious schools and private groups seeking mountain experiences, organizing ski, cycling, trekking, and boat excursions.

In 2024, Christian decided to open the sports activities he had privately conducted for the past 15 years to the public. Minotti has always enjoyed building things in a very particular and structured way, and this is the result of 25 years of work as an independent professional. His success as an entrepreneur comes from the constant renewal of ideas and diversification of his activities, without ever forgetting his cornerstones: MUSIC & SPORT
