Christian
Minotti

Christian Minotti was born in Lugano in 1975. At the age of three, encouraged by his parents, he developed a passion for piano and skiing. These two great loves began as hobbies, became professions and have remained with him throughout his life.

For 12 years, until 2002, he worked as a stockbroker after completing his training at a major Swiss bank, where he developed his entrepreneurial mindset.

After travelling around the world twice, he returned from China in 2008 and founded Musicadhoc, initially as an association and, in 2010, as a limited liability company (Sagl). The company organises events involving professional musicians, artists and sports guides.

Alongside this, he worked as a ski instructor at Sci Club Ticino-Lugano for 30 years, starting in 1990.

Since 2010, he has coordinated groups from prestigious schools and private groups seeking mountain experiences, organising skiing, cycling, trekking and boat excursions.

In 2024, Christian decided to open to the public the sports activities he had been delivering privately for the previous 15 years. His distinctive, structured approach reflects 25 years of work as an independent professional. His entrepreneurial success comes from continually renewing ideas and diversifying his activities, while remaining true to his foundations: MUSIC & SPORT.
